    Who am I?

    I'm Joss Frank, a certified yoga therapist and founder of Wild Womb.

    For years I lived in survival mode. I read every self-help book, listened to all the podcasts, tried talk therapy, and looked for healers to "fix me."

    But no matter how much I learned, I stayed stuck in fight or flight.

    Everything changed when I stopped looking outside and started listening within, to my body and womb, not just my mind.
